RWAV arranged 3 workshops, one in each regional Primary Health Network, funding speakers to present relevant information to primary care practice managers. The Fiddes Group was engaged to present a session on Performance Review and Performance Management targeted at Practice Managers. All work was delivered punctually and to the expected standard. Nyree was available to discuss what would be the most appropriate information to include and was happy to tailor the presentation to our audience.
